Planned giving provides flexible, straightforward ways to continue supporting the causes you care about beyond your lifetime. With the guidance of your attorney, you can include simple bequest language in your will to benefit either the Community Foundation of Central Illinois’ unrestricted fund or a named component fund.
The Foundation’s unrestricted fund, the Community Impact Fund, addresses the evolving needs of our region by awarding grants to nonprofits working to improve quality of life throughout central Illinois. Alternatively, your estate can establish a new component fund, or contribute to an existing one, so that grants continue in perpetuity to support the organizations and causes that matter most to you.
