Community Foundation of Central Illinois Welcomes New Director of Communications
February 10, 2021 – The Community Foundation of Central Illinois (CFCI) announces the hiring of Kristina Rockhold as the new Director of Communications.
“We are pleased to have Kristina join us at CFCI. I’m confident that with her communications background, skills and experience, she will bring a fresh perspective and make an outstanding addition to the team,” said Mark Roberts, President and CEO of CFCI.
Rockhold is a native of Peoria and earned her bachelor’s degree in Communications with a minor in Marketing from Bradley University. She previously worked as a Legislative Aide and Campaign Assistant to former State Representative Mike Unes, then went on to work at Illinois Central College as the Communications Coordinator.
“I’m incredibly honored to be a part of such a great team,” says Rockhold. “It’s truly a privilege having the opportunity to utilize my skills to do meaningful, impactful work within the community I call home.”
